GDP (SL) Ltd engages in HUMAN CAPITAL & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
as a corporation limited by guarantee in Sierra Leone.
The company was incorporated on the 29th May 2019.

Our flagship human capital development program is the
ENTERPRISE BENEFIT SCHEME (EBS) primarily designed to
enhance the livelihoods of person living in poverty (PLIPs).
The cost per EBS participant is Le9,500,000
(nine million, five hundred thousand Leones), as at September 2019.
Additionally, GDP Consult (the consultancy arm of GDP Ltd) provides BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (BDS) and employee training, to corporate entities and entrepreneurs.

The company was founded for the benefit of society at large, through the work and discipline of its members and we groom young socially responsible entrepreneurs through the Founders of the Future program. Find out more.

EBS ... Poverty Reduction
Our flagship human capital development program is the ENTERPRISE BENEFIT SCHEME (EBS) primarily designed to enhance the livelihoods of person living in poverty (PLIPs). The cost per EBS participant is Le9,500,000 (nine million, five hundred thousand Leones), as at September 2019.

In essence, the EBS establishes viable and sustainable companies, thereby widening the tax and social security bases, banking the previously unbanked, supporting business insurance providers, trademarking and patent institutions, as well as creating credible opportunities for other professional service providers, such as, lawyers, accountants and auditors.
The EBS is a sustainable route out of poverty.
Founders of the Future
The Founders of the Future program is aimed at school going children and is primarily delivered through school based business clubs.

There is a distinct focus on socially responsible entrepreneurship to support the development of sustainable enterprises for children today.
​
We believe that entrepreneurship should be included in the primary school curriculum and therefore advocate for this to be a policy of government now.
