Our flagship human capital development program is the ENTERPRISE BENEFIT SCHEME (EBS) primarily designed to enhance the livelihoods of person living in poverty (PLIPs). The cost per EBS participant is Le9,500,000 (nine million, five hundred thousand Leones), as at September 2019.

In Training
GDP Consult (the consultancy arm of GDP Ltd) provides BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (BDS) and training to corporate entities and entrepreneurs.

In FotF
The Founders of the Future program is aimed at children of school going age; to get them interested in sustainable entrepreneurship and career development.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN OUR PROGRAMS

As a result of our training programs, we expect participants to gain the following outcomes
1. Adoption of a healthy lifestyle, including consuming healthy food, physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight
2. Reducing negative risky behaviours, including smoking, substance and alcohol misuse
3. Achieve sustained improvement in their education and learning, enabling them to ultimately progress successful in their professional career as a business owner or employee
4. Ability to articulate and understand their feelings and emotions and know how to positively respond to challenging and provoking scenarios
5. Supporting the development and maintenance of a growth mindset encouraging resilience and positive self-worth
6. Understand the consequence of verbal and physical abuse and the adoption of positive behaviour in society
7. Development of strong emotional intelligence, empathy and ability to develop positive social networks
8. Developing strong social integration skills
9. Recognise risks to themselves, including exploitation in any form; eg. Child sexual exploitation, radicalisation, domestic violence, involvement in gangs and act to reduce those risks

Volunteer
The EBS starts with SCREENING potential participants to make sure that they have a skill or experience that can be translated into a viable business.
